Lester Hadley, Chairman of the Board
Lester Hadley has served on the NANA Regional Corporation Board of Directors since 1986, and currently serves as the NANA Development Corporation Board Vice Chair. He became a director of Qivliq, LLC in November 2003, bringing with him a rich background in the heritage and culture of our Iñupiaq shareholders, and emphasizing Iñupiaq values throughout a period of phenomenal growth. Lester travels from his home in Buckland, Alaska, a community of 450 people, to attend Qivliq, LLC Board meetings in the Washington DC area.
Stan Fleming Senior Vice President, Strategic Development, NANA Development Corporation
Stan has more than 24 years experience in information technology operations, government contracting and business development, serving in senior executive roles in private venture-backed companies, government-focused integration companies, and government organizations that include the White House Communications Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office. Stan joined the NANA Development Corporation family as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TKC Communications in 2003, then became the CEO of TKC Management Services (now Qivliq) in 2004, and assumed his current position as the leader of the Government Contracting Sector of NANA at the end of 2005. Prior to joining NANA, Stan was the Vice President of Government Operations in a Silicon Valley start up, which delivered the most advanced high-speed packet inspection and modification tool ever built. Prior to that, Stan built a consulting company focused on organizational assessment, information technology strategy, and network design and implementation with a primary focus on Tier 1 Telecom Providers and Carriers. He also provided strategic consulting to growth companies in the Netherlands, Ireland, Great Britain, and the United States. Stan recently retired from the United States Air Force Reserve after a 22-year military career. He has a BSEE from the United States Air Force Academy and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
