Race McCleery has served as Qivliq, LLC Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2002. Race brings more than 15 years of financial experience to Qivliq, LLC, with an extensive understanding of financial management in high expectation, aggressive growth, and entrepreneurial companies. He has management experience with privately held and publicly traded companies, including Fortune 500 firms and start-up organizations. His background also includes SEC reporting and mergers and acquisitions within the contracting and technology services industries. Race has an accounting degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

Mark brings over 23 years of progressive business and financial management experience with technology-based middle-market and Fortune 100 companies providing products and professional services in both Commercial and Federal Government sectors. Mark’s executive experience provides a rich history of success leading change, maximizing profits and positioning organizations for sustainable growth. He is an accomplished leader consistently delivering results and exceeding expectations and possesses a unique blend of strong business acumen with energetic collaborative leadership style. Prior to joining Qivliq, he held senior executive positions with Employment Enterprises, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Paradigm Solutions as Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President. Mark’s industry experience also included financial management positions with Lockheed Martin IT, Getronics Government Solutions, Babcock & Wilcox and Boeing Computer Services. He received his M.B.A. in Finance from Averett College and B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from James Madison University. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Financial Executives International.
Dave Clauson, Senior Vice President, Strategy
With a background that includes over 25-years of experience in developing and deployment of technology-driven products and services, Dave Clauson combines the discipline of market-driven thinking together with a passion for breakthrough ideas. Seeing the move towards outsourced application development and the need for new source code security technology Dave founded Reflective, the first company to provide an automated source code security test and management system. As Founder and CEO of Reflective, Dave's mission is to rewrite the rules for how companies protect, test and manage one of their most critical business assets - their source code.
Prior to joining Reflective, Dave was a co-founder of two security technology companies. CloudShield developed the first optical network packet processor - a breakthrough product with significant applications in high speed network security. Dave was also the first Chief Marketing Officer for ArcSight, a leading risk management software provider for companies seeking to prioritize security event correlation.
Working in virtually every category of the industry, Dave has either led or was a key member of the teams that launched the IBM PC, Novell's NetWare, the Palm Pilot, the Intel Pentium Processor, Adobe Acrobat and Amazon.com. All were dominant brands in their category.
Matt Jesinsky, Vice President of Contracting and Procurement
Matt Jesinsky has over 15 years experience in purchasing and contracts management mainly in the IT / Telecommunications field. His experience includes working for major resellers, equipment manufacturers, and telecom companies, to include GTSI, NEC America, and Qwest Communications.
Matt’s ever increasing job responsibilities have ranged from buyer and product manager, to forecast and budget manager, to director of contracts and order administration. This diverse background has allowed him to grasp the intricacies and unique requirements of purchasing and contracting within the government and commercial spaces. Immediately prior to joining the Qivliq, LLC family of companies, he served as the senior subcontracts manager and small business liaison officer for Qwest Government Services, and was instrumental in the early and very critical relationship between Qwest and TKC Communications. Jesinsky received a business degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Mark O’Malley retired from the United States Army after 29 years of active duty, and brings extensive experience in telecommunications security management to the Qivliq, LLC team, providing his expertise to the entire family of Qivliq, LLC companies. Although primarily experienced in government contracting procedures and compliance matters while on active duty, he was also responsible for conducting or supervising security assessments throughout the world. Mark has a BS in business from the University of Maryland and is a member of the Society of Industrial Security Professionals (NCMS, Inc.) as well as the American Society for Industrial Security - International.
