Qivliq derives its name from the Iñupiat word for reflection.
Qivliq, LLC is owned by the NANA Development Corporation (NDC), an Alaska Native corporation. The Iñupiat people—many whom live near the Arctic Circle—are NANA’s shareholders. Like the midnight sun that illuminates the region’s Kotzebue Sound, Qivliq and its operating companies reflect the values that govern our shareholders. Honor and integrity guide our work.
