Bill Monet, President and Chief Executive Officer
Bill’s background includes more than 25 years of experience providing services to federal, state, local and commercial clients. Skilled in the expansion and maintenance of profitable enterprises, Bill has spearheaded numerous successful operational efficiency and process improvement programs across a wide variety of industries. The portfolio of programs under his management has included protective services for a variety of federal agencies and U.S. government interests worldwide.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science degree from George Washington University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Bill and his family reside in Northern Virginia.
Mark Serway, Chief Financial Officer
Mark brings over 23 years of financial management experience with middle-market and Fortune 100 companies. Mark’s executive experience provides a rich history of success leading change, maximizing profits and positioning organizations for sustainable growth.
Mark’s industry experience includes financial management positions with Employment Enterprises, Paradigm Solutions, Lockheed Martin IT, Getronics Government Solutions, Babcock & Wilcox and Boeing Computer Services. He received his M.B.A. in Finance from Averett College and B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from James Madison University.
Earl Pedersen, Chief Marketing Officer
Earl has 35 years of high technology experience in Government and industry. His executive experience includes a variety of administrative, program management, general management and marketing management positions.
Earl worked in the manufacturing, system integration and IT consulting industries with Texas Instruments, SAIC, SI International, and Serco prior to joining Qivliq. He started his career in the U.S. Navy where he was a carrier pilot, mission commander, maintenance officer, personnel officer, flight instructor and ground training director. He retired from the Naval Reserve in 1996. Earl holds a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from National University.
Mark O’Malley, Vice President, Security and Risk Management
Mark O’Malley retired from the United States Army after 29 years of active duty, and brings extensive experience in telecommunications security management to the Qivliq team. Although primarily experienced in government contracting procedures and compliance matters while on active duty, he was also responsible for conducting and supervising security assessments throughout the world.
Mark serves as the corporate security officer overseeing the Industrial Security Program for Qivliq and its subsidiary companies. Mark has a BS in business from the University of Maryland and is a member of the Society of Industrial Security Professionals, the American Society for Industrial Security, and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Mark is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
